Begin by combining the flavors of olive oil, heavy cream, butternut squash and shallots for a smooth purée appetizer, then choose between a ribeye or filet and take notes as Chef Andre guides you in how to cook a steak at any temperature, including the sought-after medium rare. To finish off this decadent meal, you'll whip up a one-bowl olive oil cake flavored with fresh lemon and spices.

Chef Andre is fantastic and he definitely knows how to teach a class. He took time to explain all of his choices and why it matters when it comes choosing certain ingredients and techniques over others. He taught me a lot of great methods that I'm definitely going to be incorporating in my cooking and you can definitely tell he has a lot of great experience when it comes to instruction. I would highly recommend Chef Andre for anyone looking to up their game in the kitchen!

After spending years honing his craft in well-known Las Vegas restaurants, Chef Andre moved to Los Angeles and became a TV cooking show host where he now specializes in teaching modern cuisine as well as mixology classes.
