Join Chef Kayla as she guides you through the basics of barbecuing with a twist. Using healthy, meat-free and plant-based ingredients, you'll master the techniques to professional grilling in no time.
Across five courses, you'll learn how to create a spread of vegan dishes made with organic produce, including a hearty vegan burger made with red kidney beans, great northern beans and black beans, along with a dish of sweet vegan brown sugar baked beans and fire roasted corn on the cob. For dessert, you'll prepare a delicious vegan ice cream sandwich.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
