Cooking Class - Plant-Based BBQ Cook Out
Join Chef Kayla as she guides you through the basics of barbecuing with a twist. Using healthy, meat-free and plant-based ingredients, you'll master the techniques to professional grilling in no time.
Across five courses, you'll learn how to create a spread of vegan dishes made with organic produce, including marinated and grilled vegetable salad with herb vinaigrette, hearty vegan pulled jackfruit sliders, sweet vegan brown sugar baked beans and homemade vegan warm potato salad. For dessert, you'll prepare a vegan banana pudding with vegan whipped cream and cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
