Explore an array of Moroccan recipes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Lori that focuses on an authentic flavor fusion between sweet earthy spices and velvety textures.
First, you'll build a fresh salad featuring feta, baby greens, grape tomatoes and a citrus vinaigrette, then learn how to select shrimp, season them with a homemade aromatic spice blend, and master foolproof cooking techniques. Chef Lori will also share how to tell the difference between yams and sweet potatoes as well as the secrets to cooking yams quickly. Finally, whip up coconut macaroons for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
