The four-course class begins on a refreshing note with verde salad: a mix of greens, pickled red onions, olive tapenade and a vinaigrette dressing. Next, you'll create a savory gorgonzola cheesecake with a pear garnish, followed by mixing then rolling and cutting homemade pasta dough for cheese ravioli you'll bathe in a browned butter sage sauce. Finish your Italian culinary journey with classic crunchy cannoli.
