Cooking Class - Elevated Sunday Brunch Favorites
In this hands-on class with Chef Kareem, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu of Sunday brunch favorites taken to the next level with high-quality ingredients and gourmet twists.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a lamb and sweet potato hash with kale and a perfect sunny side up egg, a colorful homemade beet-cured salmon filet on an everything bagel with dill cream cheese and pickled red onion, and French toast featuring homemade whipped mascarpone cream.
