In this hands-on class with Chef Ann, you will learn how to prepare a refined three-course Italian menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients, and time-honored Italian culinary techniques.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a beautiful Italian chicory salad studded with green olives and feta, polenta cakes topped with perfectly roasted squash, sautéed mushrooms, and homemade pesto, and a tender, buttery blueberry cobbler best with a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting over it for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
