Explore the rich, diverse flavors and ingredients of Asian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kate. She will teach you how to create a range of dishes inspired by the flavors of Vietnam, Japan and China, all of which you can easily recreate at home.
Start with fresh vegetable spring rolls served with a peanut dipping sauce. You will also learn how to make quick Asian-style pickles, and Japanese miso-glazed eggplant. For your main dish, create an udon noodle and pork stir-fry, and for dessert, prepare sesame rice cakes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
