A few of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this hands-on cooking class include crostini topped with avocado, smoked salmon and capers, handmade ricotta cheese you'll work into a beet and berry salad with toasted walnuts, a succulent tarragon chicken featuring the flavors of paprika, curry shallots and wine, and decadent molten chocolate lava cakes with espresso for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
