Explore traditional favorites of Spanish cuisine while honing your kitchen skills with Chef Greg as your guide.
You'll begin with pan con tomate with rosemary, garlic, thyme and queso manchego, then move on to a traditional Spanish tortilla with caramelized onions and goat cheese. Your entrée features a classic paella with Spanish chorizo, prawns, bomba rice and homemade aioli. Top off this impressive meal with seasonal poached pears with cava sabayon, vanilla crumble, cinnamon, clove and rosemary.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Pan con Tomate
With toasted baguette, tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, thyme and Manchego
Traditional Spanish Tortilla
With caramelized onions, local goat cheese and local organic eggs
Paella con Gambas and Chorizo
With chorizo Español, prawns, Bomba rice and fresh aioli
