You'll begin with pan con tomate with rosemary, garlic, thyme and queso manchego, then move on to a traditional Spanish tortilla with caramelized onions and goat cheese. Your entrée features a favorite chicken dish — arroz negro de gambas y pollo — with prawns, squid ink, bomba rice, and homemade aioli. Top off this impressive meal with classic rioja-poached pears with cava sabayon, vanilla crumble and cocoa nibs.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
