Learn how to create an extraordinary vegetarian meal with Asian flair under Chef Greg's guidance.

The culinary traditions of Asia are built on a foundation of fresh ingredients, and lend themselves very well to a vegetarian diet. Join Chef Greg to learn how to make four Asian plant-focused dishes from scratch.

Start with a refreshing cold Thai-scented avocado soup with a tangy cucumber-apple relish. Next, learn how to make crispy spring rolls bursting with flavor and seared mushroom teriyaki with carrot and ginger purée, baby milk tips and spinach. To finish, whip up a classic mango sticky rice.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Thai-Scented Cucumber Avocado Soup

With cucumber-apple relish, keffir lime, yogurt, furikaki and crispy onions

Crispy Spring Rolls

With shredded carrots, cabbage, cilantro, bamboo shoots and chili sauce

Seared Mushroom Teriyaki

With carrot and ginger purée, baby milk tips, king oyster mushrooms and teriyaki

Mango Sticky Rice

With coconut caramel, jaggery, mango confit and lime

We had an excellent cooking experience with Chef Greg. We signed up for the "Vegetarian Favorites of Asia" course for a date night, and we absolutely loved it. Chef Greg encouraged us to participate, and we gladly took him up on it. This was one of the best experiences that I've been a part of, and I recommend it 100%.
