Cooking Class - Vegetarian Favorites of Asia
The culinary traditions of Asia are built on a foundation of fresh ingredients, and lend themselves very well to a vegetarian diet. Join Chef Greg to learn how to make four Asian plant-focused dishes from scratch.
Start with a refreshing cold Thai-scented avocado soup with a tangy cucumber-apple relish. Next, learn how to make crispy egg rolls bursting with flavor and seared mushroom teriyaki with carrot and ginger purée, baby milk tips and spinach. To finish, whip up a classic mango sticky rice.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Thai-Scented Cucumber Avocado Soup
With cucumber-apple relish, lime, sesame, furikake and crispy onions
Crispy Egg Rolls
With shredded carrots, cabbage, cilantro, scallions and chili vinegar
Seared Mushroom Teriyaki
With carrot and ginger purée, baby milk tips, king oyster mushrooms and teriyaki
Mango Sticky Rice
With coconut caramel, sesame-lime crumble and mango confit
