Experience hands-on culinary training with Chef John as he guides you through creating an incredible seafood-focused meal that’s healthy, and features high-quality seasonal ingredients and smart cooking techniques.
Begin with a stylish canapé of spicy crab toast with peppers, onions and Sriracha sauce. Then, learn how to perfectly pan sear scallops with crispy European cucumbers and sesame oil. Finally, for a sweet ending to the class, learn how to make a light palate cleansing dessert of key lime tarts that are equal parts creamy and tart.
