Let the good times roll in this hands-on class as Chef Regina guides you through creating a Cajun menu from scratch and free of meat.
You'll begin the class learning how to make crab cakes free of crab using hearts of palm and chickpeas, then Chef Regina will teach you how to make a jambalaya bursting with flavor from fire-roasted tomatoes and smoked paprika before showing you how to craft a perfect caramel apple bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
