Learn how to prepare a few recipes perfect for your next dinner party.
In this three-course, hands-on cooking class with Chef Jamie, you will learn how to prepare four dishes completely from scratch using professional tips and techniques.
First, you'll compile a fancy but simple Caesar salad peppered with anchovies and Parmesan. For your entrée, Chef Jamie will teach you how to cook the perfect chicken marsala with garlic, shallots and mushrooms sided by creamy mashed potatoes. Whip up fluffy mascarpone cream to enjoy with seasonal fruit for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jamie was awesome. This was our first cooking class and she provided such a great experience. You would think we cheated and ordered at a fancy restaurant but we have pictures showing it was really us that cooked it lol. Thank you Jamie.!
