Cooking Class - Michelin Star Dinner Menu

Learn how to prepare a dinner that allows you to actually enjoy time with your guests.

In this hands-on class with Chef Mike, you will learn how to prepare a three-course dinner menu worthy of a Michelin star using cooking techniques that allow you to prepare the majority of the meal in advance.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering include smoked Brazilian cheese bread, sous vide fish, garam marsala panna cotta, and more. Throughout the class, Chef Mike will teach techniques employed in the highest-level kitchens in a such a way that home cooks can apply them in their own kitchens.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating from Auburn, Chef Mike apprenticed at a friend’s restaurant and often threw dinner parties for the staff after work. He was so inspired by this experience that he attended the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Mike then joined the ranks of many Michelin-starred restaurants in the U.S. and Europe.
