In this hands-on class with Chef Josh, you will learn how to prepare a menu of homemade sushi and more using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master, traditional Japanese culinary techniques.
Chef Josh will begin by teaching you how to brew a batch of authentic miso soup from scratch. Then, you will learn everything you need to know to prepare nigiri featuring fresh salmon, tuna, and escolar as well as choose-your-own-adventure sushi rolls. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a homemade sweet green tea rice for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
