Join Chef Tera for a lesson in teamwork while crafting dishes inspired by Chinese takeout.

In this interactive cooking class with a focus on team building, Chef Tera will lead you as you work together to recreate a variety of classic and modern Chinese recipes. You’ll prepare takeout favorites from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Begin with crunchy crab rangoon and bold bang bang firecracker shrimp coated in a tangy Sriracha sauce. Chef Tera will teach you tips and tricks for emulating the satisfying flavors and textures of Chinese takeout with a hearty vegetable fried rice before finishing your team building class with creamy matcha cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience deserves a 5-star rating as it was the perfect way to end my bachelorette weekend! From the very beginning, Chef Tera was communicative, detail-oriented, timely, clean, and efficient. She brought a wonderful sense of calmness and professionalism into our Airbnb while also being social and engaging throughout the evening. Every dish was cooked to perfection. Our group ordered from the Italian menu, starting with the arugula & prosciutto salad, followed by risotto & scallops as the main entrée, and finishing with a delicious olive oil cake for dessert. Each dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. We were especially impressed with how efficient and thorough Chef Tera was with cleanup, making the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. We would absolutely book with her again in the future!

We had the lovely pleasure of cooking a carne asada with Chef T! She was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful, and so so considerate. We had an amazing time learning how to make our dishes and trying something new. I could go on and on about how amazing Tera is, she is amazing at what she does and it was an honor to be able to learn from her! Would recommend to everyone who is looking for something fun to do with a great instructor.

Chef Tera was AMAZING!!! So knowledgeable and FUN. This is the first time my husband and I tried something like this and we will definitely have Chef Tera back again. We were looking for a new experience for date night and this was perfect. Not only was the food delicious and fun to prepare, but we also picked up lots of new skills and tips for cooking together. If I could give 10 stars I would. BOOK HER, you won't regret it!!

This was our first cooking experience and Chef Tera was so friendly and helped to make us a wonderful meal. We do wish there was an explanation for some of the steps, such as why we were doing something one way instead of another. We loved the meal, for the most part, dessert was partly not our favorite but overall it was a pretty great experience.

Chef T was great. As soon as she arrived we knew we were in for a treat. She got right to work showing us how to to prep for our meal before getting started. She made the experience fun and educational. While preparing each entrée, she encouraged us and showed us how to prepare to our own specifications. Will recommend to my friends and family.

The team enjoyed an evening being pampered by a private chef for dinner. Chef Tee owner of Dusk 2 Dawn Catering (who's amazing) prepared an elaborate dinner for us. I'm beyond thankful to be apart of a team that works as hard as they do, so I had to show them how much they are appreciated.

Meal Prep made by Chef Tee exactly how I requested. I would definitely recommend her any day, it was soooo good. If you are looking for a meal prep to be done so you dont have to cook. Be sure to get her scheduled contact her asap because her schedule gets pretty hectic

I received Meal Prep from Chef Tee for 10 days and when I tell you it was so delicious. She sent me a menu and created some amazing meals and all of her sauces are to die for

The chef rushed through a 2.5 hour class so it was only 1.5 hours. She did not have the shrimp which was why we booked the Surf and Turf class. She used a box mix to make the crab cakes and spice mixtures and prepackaged/measured ingredients and never really told us how much was in them or sent us any recipes. She told us to cook on very high heat a one inch extremely lean steak (that she said was NY strip, but did not seem like it) for 4-5 minutes per sided so it was incredibly dry and tough. When it was all gray inside she told us we did not have the heat high enough. She did not stay to finish the desert and brought a prepackaged fruit cup that had browning and smushed berries in it. She was nice, but incredibly unprofessional. She said she would send us a coupon for not having the shrimp and never did. We would like a refund.
