Let Chef Madeline transport you to a bistro in France with this menu of classics.
French cuisine is famous for its use of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, and this menu is sure to please.
You'll begin by baking fresh, eggy brioche rolls to complement the rich flavor of French onion soup, redolent with white wine and thyme, which you'll craft from scratch. Follow this with pork loin roasted with a honey glaze, apples and herbs, a perfect French entrée. You final course features cream puffs, a confection made with choux paste and filled with a delicious vanilla bean custard.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Madeline is a great host and a wonderful chef. Her class was so much fun. Her honey glazed roast pork and tiramisu topped with chocolate flakes are delicious. I learned how to make a dish called onigiri. It's made to be shaped to any form you want which can make it fun!

Her senior year of high school was spent attending culinary camp, after which she attended culinary school. Since then, Chef Madeline has gained nearly 10 years of professional experience in a variety of roles and kitchens as a savory chef, pastry chef, culinary instructor, and more.
