Chef Timothy will take you on an exploratory adventure through Peru with this exciting cooking class. Bringing his heritage and many years as a top-rated chef, you'll learn his secrets to crafting exquisite cuisine with intricate flavors.

Start with a ceviche blending seafood and citrus with fresh herbs for immense flavor. The main course includes langosta asado a la Parrilla which is a lobster dish with chimichurri sauce and glaze of butter and herbs. Pair the main dish with a side of seafood infused rice and finish with a light and sweet soufflé topped with berries.

The chef trained in Peru for three years, studying his heritage cuisine at local institutes while conducting personal research to faithfully recreate the vibrant flavor of Peruvian lime. Expect a lesson shaped by deep passion and generous portions to match.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tim came to our house fully prepared with four courses ready to cook! We loved having him over. He was great with our teenagers and our pets. We loved seeing him take command of our kitchen and utilizing every square inch of the space with volume and efficiency we have never seen the room used in such a dynamic and efficient way. He made him self at home and transformed our space effortlessly. We will have him back! Delicious!

We had such a wonderful evening with Chef Timothy. He brought all the ingredients for our delicious four course meal that started with Thai Curry, then Pad Thai, Chicken Satay and then the grand finale of coconut sticky rice and mango. He is such a kind teacher and we enjoyed learning how to make each course and new cooking methods all in the comfort of our own home. We highly recommend having him over for a small or large gathering - you will be delighted by him!
