Using simple ingredients and basic techniques, Chef Camellia will show you how to create a show-stopping meal of familiar dishes that leave quite an impression.
You will learn how to make next-level macaroni and cheese with caramelized onions, and perfectly tender fried pork chops served alongside sautéed green beans and slivered almonds. You'll also learn the secrets to crafting deeply flavorful pan gravy. For dessert, make a flakey butter crust, pastry cream, caramelized bananas, and whipped cream to create an iconic banana cream pie to write home about.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Camellia's food is familiar and comforting, yet elevated. She is great at teaching as well as being a great hostess and a great cook! I loved her food and her personality was warm and welcoming. I would definitely love to do another class with her!

I took one of Camellia's pie classes when in the Atlanta area and it was fabulous! We learned how to make an all butter crust as well as the filling and a savory pie. Now I feel confident to make my own pies with the tips and tricks she showed me!

Chef Camellia is a talented chef who specializes in baking incredible creations, including cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, and over 50 seasonal varieties of pies. She runs her own baking business, and sells her decadent culinary confections at farmers' markets, along with baking for weddings, special events, and more. She enjoys teaching her passion to others, from individual lessons to team building events.
