Chef Natalie will showcase Thai cuisine in a vegetarian light, and guarantees you will not miss the meat.
Traditional Thai dishes are some of Chef Natalie's favorite foods, and she's excited to teach you how to authentically create them in your own kitchen using fresh herbs and spices. Begin with a tom kha soup steeped with lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal and creamy coconut milk, then learn techniques to make the perfect vegetarian panang curry. End the class with a Thai favorite: sticky rice with mango.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
