Learn how to bring out the fresh flavor of herbs as you prepare vegetarian Thai dishes.
Chef Natalie will showcase Thai cuisine in a vegetarian light, and guarantees you will not miss the meat.
Traditional Thai dishes are some of Chef Natalie's favorite foods, and she's excited to teach you how to authentically create them in your own kitchen using fresh herbs and spices. Begin with a tom kha soup steeped with lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal and creamy coconut milk, then learn techniques to make the perfect vegetarian panang curry. End the class with a Thai favorite: sticky rice with mango.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Natalie was such a joy to spend time with! Her approach is so beautiful and inspiring as the entire menu was plant based, locally sourced, and vegan! Anyone could enjoy her delicious food as she works hard to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions. The food was stunning, delicious, and really inspired me to get creative with the ingredients I use in my own kitchen.
Chef Natalie is a talented chef who, from an early age, has been immersed in the culinary world. As a proud Mexican-American, she prizes herself on her knowledge of Mexican cuisine, and the skills she learned from working in the several restaurants her family owned during her childhood. Chef Natalie's greatest culinary passion is utilizing plant-based products in her cooking, as well as locally sourced ingredients.
