WHAT YOU’LL DO
Transport yourself to the tropics with these island-inspired recipes full of sweet and savory flavors.
In this hands-on class with Chef Kathy, you will learn how to prepare a tropical three-course menu showcasing fresh seafood and a spectrum of refreshingly exciting and exotic flavor profiles.
Chef Kathy will begin by teaching you how to prepare succulent and spicy shrimp with a creamy homemade avocado sauce. Then, you will learn how to build layers of flavor in a Thai curry with tilapia, seasonal vegetables, and jasmine rice. Lastly, you'll end with an über moist coconut pineapple banana cake with a vanilla bourbon cream sauce for dessert.
