Social Distancing Friendly Explore a menu of exuberant Cuban dishes that will make your kitchen feel like Havana.
In this fun and exciting hands-on class with Chef Eddie, you will learn simple techniques that create those bold flavors Cuban cuisine is known for. You will also have the opportunity to practice a little Spanish while you're at it.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class includes tostones with an array of homemade dipping sauces, a deeply flavorful, soul-satisfying chicken ajiaco soup complete with a dollop of crème fraîche, and rice pudding with a Cuban coffee reduction and cinnamon for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
