Chef Kahdeem utilizes his incredible culinary expertise to guide you in creating a gourmet soul food meal that is completely vegan.
Your four-course vegan soul food journey begins with a fresh avocado and kale salad sprinkled with tomatoes and seaweed, followed by a soul-food staple: meatloaf, made with walnuts and lentils. Pesto fettuccine Alfredo is the star of the show, followed by cheesecake with a date and cashew crust, and sweet and tangy strawberries. Learn how to take soul food up a notch with vegan ingredients and gourmet techniques.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
