Your four-course vegan soul food journey begins with a fresh avocado and kale salad sprinkled with tomatoes and seaweed, followed by a soul-food staple: meatloaf, made with walnuts and lentils. Pesto fettuccine Alfredo is the star of the show, followed by cheesecake with a date and cashew crust, and sweet and tangy strawberries.
