You will be enjoying the amazing flavors of Puglia as you create an extraordinary meal. Tap into your creative side as you prepare classic dishes from Puglia, and try your hand at preparing pasta from scratch. Learn each step as you incorporate your pasta with fresh mussels and more. For dessert, tackle the famous pastry cream-filled doughnut of San Giuseppe.

The chef has worked in many culinary realms, including most recently as the Executive Head Chef and Owner of a Mediterranean and farm-to-table establishment. Chef Rudy has exemplary skills in the kitchen, including developing menus and preparing meals that follow dietary and cultural guidelines. Chef Rudy loves to cook, and looks forward to sharing his passion with you!
