In this class, you will learn the ins and outs of what makes for successful plant-based meals. You will learn everything from daily food prep to incorporating flavor. Be in awe at the flavorsome dishes you will learn how to create! How about a tofu scramble for breakfast, or a succulent coconut macaroni and cheese for lunch? What about a lentil and walnut cheeseburger for dinner? Chef Anthony will show you how to make everything from scratch.

Chef Anthony is a fantastic chef. You will learn so much by taking his cooking class. He is a terrific teacher and great at show techniques during the demonstration. My favorite dish is his Pad Thai.
