Cooking Class - Flavors of Tuscany
In this hands-on class with Chef Laura, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Tuscan menu that showcases the beauty of fresh herbs and simple, traditionally used Tuscan ingredients.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a chewy, nutty farro salad tossed in a perfectly tangy dressing and studded with fresh basil and mint that make the salad taste alive, a grilled steak featuring a gorgeous crust of rosemary and garlic, and a Meyer lemon tart with a pine nut crust.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
