Chef Manjiri systematically showed us how to make good vegetarian food, going through the recipe, then helping us prepare the ingredients, and then cook the ingredients so we understand how to make the food ourselves. We enjoyed the paneer butter masala and the Fruit Srikhan. She was very patient and answered all our questions so we really understand the dishes.
