Cooking Class - Global Vegetarian Cuisine
Travel from Mexico to Thailand, with a few stops in between, in this vegetarian cooking class lead by Chef Manjiri. You'll learn how to make simple, flavorful recipes from around the world that are sure to satisfy any food-lovers travel bug.
Your first stop is in India, where you'll make black-eyed pea curry with tomatoes, onions and ginger-garlic sauce, then you'll head over to Italy and create traditional tomato and basil bruschetta. You'll also whip up Thai tofu spinach stir fry, fluffy Mexican rice, and round out the international adventure with a universally loved dessert: sweet fruit cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
