As Chef Josh fires up the grill, he will share a few simple techniques and recipes so anyone can earn the coveted grill master title. Chef Josh will guide you through the preparation an impressive four-course menu, but perhaps what's more impressive, is that everything will be made completely on the grill — all the way from a salad to dessert!

Chef Josh, an executive chef at a local restaurant specializing in fresh Italian fare, has spent over two decades honing his craft in kitchens across Minnesota and Florida. With a few appearances on the Food Network under his belt, and armed with a culinary arts degree from the Art Institute, Chef Josh is excited to share his knowledge and love for amazing food in hands-on cooking classes you won’t want to miss!
