In this hands-on class with Hawaiian native Chef Jessie, you will learn how to prepare an impressive menu featuring the true flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Hawaiian cuisine.
As you work your way through the menu, Chef Jessie will focus on showing you how vinegar, citrus, and heat have the ability to add just as much flavor to dishes as fats. From spicy and exotic shrimp tostadas to an Asian-inspired chicken adobo to a decadent and creamy coconut budino, these dishes are sure to transport your taste buds somewhere tropical.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
