Cooking Class - An Italian Tasting

Get a taste of Italy in this hands-on class with the incredibly talented Chef Ryan.

In this hands-on class with Chef Ryan, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Italian meal that will whet your appetite for Italian home cooking.

You will begin by learning how to make a classic Caesar salad with a modern Japanese twist to start your meal. Then, Chef Ryan will teach you the ins and outs of making fresh pasta from scratch for your soul-warming tagliatelle carbonara entree. And for dessert, you'll make a simple and silky smooth traditional Italian panna cotta served with fresh seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ryan kindly greeted us at his apartment... Everything was all set up and ready to go! He patiently walked us through each recipe and was super informative about all the ingredients and preparation. My mom and I enjoyed every second. We loved the unique flavors that Chef Ryan used and how he incorporates his own self expression into his dishes. A true artist! I would highly recommend this class.

Me and my husband had a great time cooking Filipino food with Chef Ryan. For dessert we made a cheesecake and it was delicious. We took leftovers home and finished it all the next day. We’ll def be back for Chef Ryan’s sushi class. Highly recommend!
