You'll waste no time getting to grips with aloo gobi sabzi, an unapologetically fragrant potato and cauliflower curry, before diving into a soul-soothing chicken curry paired with aromatic jeera rice. Chef Raaje was so welcoming and a pleasure to have as an instructor. The class and recipe was very easy to follow even as a beginner. She is mindful of your spice tolerance and everything came out so delicious! I would definitely recommend her class to anyone who has an interest in learning how to cook Indian cuisine.
