This vegetarian Italian feast includes all the classics with a fresh twist.

Chef Federico is the master of updating Italian cuisine while staying true to its classic culinary heritage. These dishes are all traditional, but have been reinvented with fresh vegetables and complementary spices.

Chef Federico will show you how to prepare a delicious and simple three-course vegetarian Italian meal. This menu is not only appetizing to vegetarians, but to anyone interested in eating a bit healthier. That's because this class does not use meat substitutes. Instead, Chef Federico draws from classic favorites as they are.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Federico was a wonderful host to me and my boyfriend. It was our first ever cooking class, and we are both beginners, but it could not have gone any better. Chef Federico made sure to go through each step of the cooking process thoroughly and answer any questions we had. The great conversations were definitely a bonus! I definitely will be signing up for another class of his in the future!
