Growing up, Chef Federico was inspired by his grandmother's classic Italian home cooking. Now, he puts his own modern spin on classic Italian meals.

One of the most sought-after culinary skills is the ability to make the perfect from-scratch pie crust. Chef Federico will teach you everything you need to know to replicate the ideal crust at home. But first, learn how to flavor your risotto and eggplant pizzette like a pro, and with only the freshest ingredients.
