Cooking Class - Upscale Cajun Creations
In this hands-on class, Chef Latisha will share with you three of her signature dishes featuring big, bold Cajun flavors and gourmet ingredients that will breathe new life into your weekly dinner routine.
Chef Latisha will begin by showing you how to take simple avocado toast to a whole new level with spiced crab. Then, you will learn Chef Latisha’s signature Cajun salmon and decadent smoked gouda grits served with a sun-dried tomato chorizo sauce. For dessert, a boozy bourbon peach cobbler with fresh whipped cream and luscious salted caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
