Chef Tish was the perfect host for our first CozyMeal experience. She is incredibly warm and personable. She was able to navigate teaching us new techniques, managing the time and multiple dishes, and indulge in good conversation with all of her guests throughout the experience. We had a great time and would gladly book future experiences with her.

We gave this cooking experience to our son and his fiancé for Christmas. We were getting photos throughout the night. We felt like we were in the room. Their enthusiasm was contagious. They were loving the hands-on cooking class and Chef Latisha! This gift was a huge hit and so easy to coordinate. Thanks for making us good!

Chef Tish was absolutely amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable, dishes were superb and her upbeat spunky personality made the class very enjoyable! She was very patient and took extra time to explain each step. We loved the steak, bearnaise sauce, anti pasta dutch baby, potatoes and dessert! She also washed her hands frequently and the place was very clean!

I purchased this class for my father and son as a Christmas present. They both love to cook, especially new dishes and recipes. With that said, I cannot give you a first-hand account of the class. However, I can tell you what they experienced based on their commentary later that evening. My 19-year old son said that he was "stuffed" and that it was some of the best food that he has ever had. He brought some home for me to try and I would have to agree that the steak was phenomenal. My father, who also loved the meal, was impressed with Chef Latisha's resume. They also said that they learned quite a bit about the science of cooking such as using grapeseed oil rather than olive oil due to its flashpoint. Although the time to get to her house was longer than I had wanted (approximately one hour), they said that it was well worth it. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience and I am very likely to purchase this again for a gift or even treat myself. Thank you for offering such a great service!

We cooked a delicious Dutch baby and steak and hassle-back potatoes with a flawless chocolate chantilly cream filled cream puff to finish. The experience was amazing and I can’t recommend Chef Latisha enough. She is kind, fun and beyond knowledgeable in her craft. We will definitely be taking another class with her.

Chef Latisha was amazing. She clearly described every steps and role of all the ingredients making it easy for anyone to be able replicate a really the food. Everything tasted a lot better than a lot of high end restaurant in Atlanta.

Our experience with Chef Latisha was really great! I booked the experience for my fiancés birthday surprise. Chef was very knowledgeable, patient, fun, and an amazing teacher. We had a blast and enjoyed every bit of the menu.

Chef Latisha was absolutely great! We had our Cozymeal experience at her home with another couple and it was such a fun date night. Chef Latisha was a lot of fun. The music was good, we danced, we talked and we were educated on the type of food we were preparing. To top it off, the food was Amazing! She is truly a great chef and she has a 5-star rating for a reason. I'd highly recommend taking one of her classes and we look forward to the next Cozymeal experience with her.

Me and a friend booked as a fun activity to do on a whim and we don’t regret it. She is very personable and engaging and the small plates are delicious as well. Would recommend as a fun activity for a friend group or date to do that’s memorable and I’m sure everyone will leave full and happy.

We had such a wonderful time with Chef Tish in our home. She is fun, knowledgeable, witty, and a complete one-woman show! The food was outstanding.. and she was incredibly patient with us (especially after a few drinks in!). 10/10 we recommend her for any type of event.

Chef Latisha was everything we wanted for our date night and more! Welcomed us with open arms into her home which was set up to entertain all night! Fun loving atmosphere - cannot say enough great things about this woman! Hilarious and was herself the entire night, fun loving and collaborative. Phenomenal teacher with tons of experience (over qualified if you ask me!) Chef walked us through every step and definitely helped sharpen our cooking skills. The end result of the food was second to none - one of the best meals I have had in a long long time. The salmon with the grits and the Chorizo and sundried tomato sauce was the best Cajun combination we have ever had. I even took the grits home to hold onto the great dish. And the cobbler - oh mama! Spectacular from start to finish. The course led to a close and intimate experience that my significant other and myself have been raving about ever since. Our favorite event of the week! Go to Chef Tish - you won’t be disappointed in the slightest. Thank you again!

This class was fantastic! Chef Tish was so personable and knowledgable as she welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook Italian small plates. It was an entertaining and engaging night for my parents and us. We learned so much and had a great time. While it was small plates, we left VERY full and with some leftovers. Everyone was making mmms and wows and ohmygods sounds as we finally tried the food we'd helped prepare. We couldn't stop talking about the food and how much fun we had the whole way home, and I imagine that its a night we'll be talking about for a while!

This class was amazing! My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves, Chef Latisha is an expert and she answered all of our questions and gave us good information and tips when cooking. The food was great as well! We will definitely use her again!

Chef Latisha’s Cajun experience was truly a wonderful experience. Chef was very prompt and knowledgeable answering any questions my mother and I had during our lesson- boy did we have a lot of questions. She has a wonderful way of storytelling as she walks us through the steps to prep & cook the food and by the time we were done, our bellies were full and hearts light! We will be booking Chef Latisha again and whatever experience she offers next!

This was my second class with Chef Latisha and it was another awesome experience! The food was so delicious and I learned many new skills. Chef Tish provided an outstanding experience! The Italian inspired small plate menu was perfect. The amuse bouche was creamy & delicious and the caprese salad was a fresh start to what was the star of the afternoon. That lemon risotto and chicken paillard were AMAZING!! The thoughtfulness put into her recipes came through on the plate and were evident throughout the meal. The dessert was light and the champagne whipped cream was a lovely surprise ending to a wonderful meal!! Chef was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I look forward to another experience with Chef Tish!

I surprised my boyfriend with the Italian Farm to Table meal taught by Chef Tish. It was a fantastic evening. Chef Tish was a wonderful host. Her home is very comfortable for a variety of personalities. We both loved the food and picked up all kind of tips and tricks that chefs use. It was interesting that the the professionalism and knowledge of Chef Tish stood out the most to my boyfriend, however I embraced her warm and fun loving soul the most. Needless to say, she is the whole package. The word must be getting out because she seems to book up quick. Well worth the wait. I cant recommend her enough :)

Latisha was fantastic! I was in town for a dental conference and signed up for the class. I attended this class alone and was welcomed into Latisha's comforting home with open arms. Chef Tish was awesome. She kept us engaged and entertained through the whole meal! And the food was delicious. We brought our own beer and wine and she kept them chilled and our glasses poured! We definitely told our friends about it and we will do it again!!!

Our experience with Chef Tish was beyond anything I could have hoped for! We had such a good time learning cooking techniques, talking, and dancing the whole night. The food was delicious (best avocado toast and grits I've ever had in my life) and we left full. Chef Latisha could not have been more professional, warm, creative or skillful. Her three course Upscale Cajun meal knocked my socks off! I couldn't believe such flavors and artfully plated food could be created in my kitchen. The Peach cobbler was surprisingly unique and easily the best peach cobbler I've ever tasted. I was surprised at how hands-on the entire process was. I actually learned several skills that I can apply to different meals as well as specific recipes that I can build upon and experiment with. While working and multi-tasking Chef Latisha also cleaned as she worked and prepped. She left my kitchen in better shape than she found it! She advised on knives and kitchenware I could consider for my future culinary endeavors. She complimented my spice rack and taught me how to sear salmon upscale restaurant style. Chef Latisha has lived and worked all over the world and her international culinary background is immediately apparent. I had a lot of fun and look forward to Chef Latisha's Ramen course! She is talented, warm, professional and fun. So glad I found Cozymeal!

Latisha’s Place was small, cozy, intimate and very comfortable. She welcomed us right in and made us feel right at home. Not as hands on as we liked for it to be but she was very informative about all of her techniques and all of the ingredients she was using. Every single course was amazing, especially the avocado toast!! I’d definitely book with Chef Tish again and recommend others to book with her as well.
