Chef Molly is remarkably friendly and an absolute pleasure to learn from. She made us feel absolutely comfortable guiding us all along the way. She even gave us tips beyond what was required for our class. Her class was an excellent “date night” experience that we will cherish forever.

Let me start by saying that I don’t usually cook. From the start, Molly made the class engaging and so much fun. I asked a lot of questions and she was actively involved throughout my cooking process. The menu that she prepared was so good. It was so nice to have a home cooked meal, especially for me since I live alone and don’t usually cook. I would absolutely take another class. Thanks Chef Molly!

Cooking with Chef Molly was without a doubt the most fun I've had on Zoom since my first Zoom six months ago! Molly made sure I was prepared in advance with ingredients and prep work so I could cook along in real time. Molly paced it well so we could keep up, just fast enough to keep things moving. Plus, Molly is an engaging and warm speaker. The meal itself was delicious. I look forward to the next time cooking with Molly!

I was a part of a virtual class that Chef Molly led a few days ago. The class was fabulous! There were about a dozen of us in the class with various levels of cooking experience. Molly did a great job guiding us through creating a full 3-course meal (salad, dinner and dessert). Molly did a great job answering all of our questions, whether they were questions from experienced cooks or someone newer to cooking. The recipes she chose for us were also terrific. Some in the group have already made it again. I'd highly recommend taking a cooking class from Molly, if she's available. She's smart, funny and a great chef.

I participated in a zoom cooking class with Molly and it was awesome. The recipes she chose were new, fresh and nothing I would have ever tried. She had really good pacing and helped me catch up when I was behind. She also helped me troubleshoot on the spot when my custard was lumpy. Best of all my picky kids even liked the chicken (no small feat). I can’t wait for another class.
