Experience hands-on culinary training as Chef Molly guides you through creating homemade dumplings and dim sum classics.
First, Chef Molly will teach you how to make two different dumplings: Hearty pork and shrimp soup dumplings with green onions, garlic, sesame and soy sauce, and authentic chicken shu mai dumplings filled with garlic, cabbage and scallions. Next, learn how to make an earthy sesame stir-fried spinach drizzled in sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce and garlic. For dessert, you'll whip up creamy and tart raspberry cheesecake wontons.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
