In this hands-on class with Chef Molly, you'll learn how to master the tricks to perfecting a gourmet steak.
Chef Molly will guide you through four classic dishes you'll find on a typical steakhouse menu starting with a refreshing simple green salad drizzled in a tangy sherry vinaigrette. Next, you'll prepare a perfectly seared filet mignon with rich cognac sauce and crispy steakhouse potatoes on the side. Satisfy your sweet tooth for dessert with an enticing and sophisticated dark chococolate and orange pot de creme.
