Words cannot describe how amazing our dinner and experience was tonight. Chef Joe was on time, extremely professional, extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We lucked out for sure! From Chef Josephs mouth-watering Duck a l’orange to his artichoke salad, delectable sushi rolls, and amazing chocolate torte with raspberry sorbet -- all were absolutely amazing! The visual details were beyond measure, the flavors, and use of various spices were simply divine. Chef Josephs' eye for detail, sensitive palate, coupled with his knowledge of food from various corners of the globe, make for a winning combination. A chef who's worked and trained with culinarys finest, brings creativity to share with all who work with him. His intoxicating personality, expertise in his craft make a winning combination for those who have the pleasure of dining on his creations, or simply learning cooking techniques from him. Chef Joseph is a culinary master, consultant, educator of the culinary experience, whose expertise is unsurpassed.
