Chef Joe has taken a handful of traditional, well-known French dishes and made them approachable. From appetizer to dessert, you'll revel in the flavors of France with a professional chef as your guide.
This hands-on cooking class begins by crafting a classic salade lyonnaise with savory bacon, a creamy poached egg and bitter greens. Next, turn your attention to the entrée — duck à l'orange — that's roasted to absolute perfection with crispy skin and a sweet, tangy, flavor-forward sauce. For dessert, you'll master the elusive macaron featuring flavors like honey, lavender, Earl Grey tea and raspberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
