This was an awesome date night cooking class! Chef was so knowledgeable and gives you perfect guidance as you make paella. The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful and would highly recommend!

This class was great! We left feeling so stuffed!! We cooked two different types of steak, a salad, and a brownie dessert which was amazing. A great learning environment that you can have fun in. Alfio Has so much great advice for cooking! Highly recommend taking a class with Alfio! This was our second class and we can’t wait to try another.

Awesome experience! We went to the Paella cooking class and made chicken and chorizo paella, vegetables paella, and seafood paella. Class was well paced and the recipes were super easy to follow. Really cool experience. Alfio is a great teacher and spend the time to help you understand the why and answers all questions !

Chef Alfio was incredibly conversational and entertaining. His culinary knowledge has great depth and I enjoyed my time with him! I learned about his family history which tied into his love for culinary arts, and on top of this each dish was so, so tasty. Would definitely love to cook with him again!
