He even auditioned for "Hell’s Kitchen" Season 4, and made it into the top 40 chefs. Chef Stephan has traveled around the world to 16 different countries, studying their cultures, culinary specialties and farming practices.

Chef Stephan's cooking was probably one of the best meals I've tasted in a long time. It's hard to find really good, fresh food in South Florida and this guy know what he's doing. His food, makes you feel at home. Everything from the kitchen to the backyard was a pleasure to be in. Definitely a treat to be there. Thank you.
