Explore the culinary magic of the Bahamas in this private chef experience with Chef Andrew. Your journey begins with fried cracked conch served with a vibrant dipping sauce, followed by a fresh seasonal salad featuring citrus fruit and arugula. Next, dive into Bahamian steamed snapper and pigeon peas, rice, fried plantains and steamed cabbage. And no island excursion would be complete without a stack of johnnycakes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
