Chef Manuel was awesome! He is definitely an expert at his craft. He let us be as hands on as we wanted to be. I was genuinely interested in learning and so if I asked questions, he was super helpful with tips and explanations. We had a lot of fun and were amazed as well with the quality of the food! Also, his kitchen was stunning and cozy. The perfect place to learn how to cook--felt like a set on a cooking show! We definitely would look forward to another experience with Chef Manuel and we highly recommend him to anyone interested.

Chef Manuel was a great host and an excellent teacher. He had great details when explaining all his lessons with easy to understand step by step. I have to emphasize his exceptional experience when giving tips that I wouldn't get elsewhere. Was a great pleasure to meet him at his house. Thank you !!
