Hibachi is always fun and this was no exception. A show and meal preparation in one.
The negative was that the meal was supposed to include Sake, but their Sake shipment didn't arrive, something they told us only after they came here, so late and with no make-up for it.

The Chef is a master of his craft and the grill. The dinner was splendid with lots of laughs and sake to accompany it!
