From Chef Josh's mouth-watering braised pork belly, to his salt baked whole branzino, delectable ricotta gnocchi, and exceptional rhubarb cobbler, all were absolutely amazing! The visual details were beyond measure, the flavor, and use of various spices were simply divine. His eye for detail, sensitive palate, coupled with his knowledge of food from various corners of the globe, make for a winning combination. A chef who's worked in some of the finest restaurants in the country, brings creativity to share with all who work with him. His intoxicating personality, expertise in his craft make a winning combination for those who have the pleasure of dining on his creations, or simply learning cooking techniques from him. Chef Josh is a culinary master, consultant, educator of the culinary experience, whose expertise spans the globe.
