In this hands-on class with Chef Josh, you'll prepare a classic five-course Italian meal family style, allowing for open learning and conversation.
To begin, you'll prepare an assortment of appetizers to suit every taste. Next, travel to Northwestern Italy by tossing trofie noodles with an inventive pistachio pesto, then combine ricotta gnocchi with brown butter and crispy artichokes for a mouthwatering dish. Salt-baked branzino is the star of the menu, and is perfectly complemented by Brussels sprouts and truffle butter. Leave room for a luscious olive oil cake.
