This American-French fusion cooking class is completely designed around seasonal ingredients, as Chef Josh brings his expertise in fusion and French fare to this sophisticated culinary experience.
Begin the class with a savory Amuse-bouche from Chef Josh, then dive right into grilling juicy octopus and serving it up with a red pepper relish. Next, lamb shoulder braised to perfection and sided by ratatouille and ricotta gnocchi. The braising continues into the final course with a braised rhubarb cobbler you'll want to make again and again.
