After graduating from culinary school, she started cooking in both a Russian kitchen and for a Tony Award-winning theater company. Rachel is so friendly and accommodating! When I first arrived she offered me a drink, had music playing, and was very hands-on when it came to the food prep and demonstration. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I really appreciated the flavor variety of every dish we prepared. I really felt like I was hanging out with a dear friend in their kitchen by the end of our session together.
